What Changed?

  • Includes content from the old website that was directed to the Gannon community
  • Improved access to campus announcements, news, email, Angel and GUXpress.
  • Built on Microsoft technology, which will position us to deliver many new features in the upcoming months.


  • Content related to the internal community moved to the portal
  • Content focused on recruitment and the outside community remains on the site
  • New Design
  • Improved Content management system

The current myGannon portal will be unavailable beginning Saturday, February 4 at 8 a.m.

Friday, February 3
4:30 p.m.

  • Delete any bookmarks you have to the portal and re-create as
  • Employees turn off your computer before leaving work
  • Announcement requests will not be permitted after 4:30pm (Posters will NOT be accepting them)
  • Look for a final posting signaling the end of announcements in the current myGannon portal

Monday, February 6
8 a.m.

  • Look for a welcome announcement in the NEW myGannon portal at
  • Browse the new and improved website at
  • If you have problems contact the ITS Helpdesk at x7501 or enter a ticket online
  • Please be patient with us during the transition

(First Visit to the Portal)

  • View the ”First Visit to the Portal” document located on the login page.
  • Enter your Network ID and password to login (e.g. smith001, password)
  • Please be patient, your first visit to the portal may be SLOW as your profile is built.
  • You will need to re-enter your Network ID & password for Exchange or Live@edu one time only.
